Q: How long does dispatch take?
A: In stock items are usually shipped on the same day for orders placed before 1pm pacific standard time and the next day for orders placed after 1pm pacific standard time.
Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Things to consider: Credit Card authorization and payment verification must be received before processing. We are closed on public holidays and Sundays.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping cost for all U.S. and International shipping cost is calculated at checkout and based on weight of your shipment and destination. To estimate your shipping cost, please add your desired products to the shopping cart and complete the checkout process. All Shipments are ship through PRIORITY MAIL. This shipment includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days. PLEASE NOTE: As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.

A: Your delivery information is sent to USPS immediately after your payment is processed, so it's difficult to change this after your order has been placed. Please enter your address details carefully!

A: We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Nirvana Collection does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. Q. How does Pre Order work?
A. A pre-order item allows you to purchase an item in advance. When you order a pre-order item, payment is charged immediately at checkout. The pre-order item can arrive prior to or after the stated estimated arrival date in the description box.
Q. Do you ship pre-order items and in-stock items separately?
A. If an in-stock item is included in your order, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order item arrives. We DO NOT ship in-stock items separately unless the pre-order item estimated arrival date is 3 weeks and over. If you would like your in-stock item(s) shipped prior to the arrival of your pre-order item(s), you may pay an additional shipping costs.
